Work Environment\n

Your weekly schedule will generally run Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility in hours may be required based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to address common mental health challenges while promoting community and connection amongst participants.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic patient care and coordinate treatment efforts.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and ongoing support during mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities to enhance professional development.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct experience as a mental health therapist is required, candidates who have prior experience working in telehealth or with specific populations (such as children, adolescents, or those facing substance abuse challenges) will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
