Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs; identify clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using an array of evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies efficiently to support clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records including treatment plans and progress notes to meet ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, while also advocating for their needs and rights during treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options.
