Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, establishing diagnoses and formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, focusing on your client's specific goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients encountering acute mental health episodes, employing effective de-escalation strategies and support services.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with ethical standards, including detailed treatment plans, session notes, and assessment outcomes while ensuring confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate holistic treatment approaches for clients, creating an integrated healthcare experience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
