Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our outpatient program, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn through shared discussions.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapeutic support, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, while developing tailored coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate client progress regularly, utilizing assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to inform ongoing treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
