Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a full caseload of clients, establishing rapport and ensuring a trusting therapeutic relationship while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track progress, address stability, and manage upcoming appointments, featuring proactive discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adapting strategies based on ongoing evaluations of client needs.

• Accurately document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that identify client issues, history, and treatment goals, employing effective intake methodologies.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, employing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions, taking constructive feedback as an opportunity for professional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for client management and documentation.
