You will have access to the latest resources, including technology for electronic health records (EHR), to facilitate efficient service delivery. The regular work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele in Pasadena, Texas, with specific attention to individuals from minority groups, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those facing cultural assimilation challenges. Your role involves addressing varying degrees of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and interpersonal relationship challenges, within a community that values inclusivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Holds a current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders along with an understanding of evidence-based treatments and their application in culturally diverse contexts.

• Exceptional skills in crisis intervention, with a calm and effective approach in challenging situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 per year.
