Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, forming a solid foundation for treatment.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that include setting clear treatment goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, performing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to support at-risk clients.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to promote integrated, holistic client care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community and support among clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Serene Bridges Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various life challenges. This position involves addressing mental health concerns such as mood disorders, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will directly contribute to clients’ emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n
