Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial mental health evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of client progress in accordance with clinic standards and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training sessions, and participation in clinical meetings.

• Adhere to professional ethical guidelines and state licensure requirements while providing supportive care to clients.

• Utilize culturally sensitive approaches to address the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive therapeutic environment.

You will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York is a must.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient or private practice setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
