Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to uncover the mental health challenges and strengths of each client, utilizing interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and effective care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to empower clients and facilitate community support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
