Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions to couples and families, including specialized sessions for individual members.
\n
• Addressing concerns such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and more.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions and frameworks to ensure the highest standard of clinical care.

• Maintaining accurate patient records, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment methodologies based on patient feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly engage with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges such as conflicts among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, and communication difficulties. You will cultivate trusting relationships and foster an environment where patients feel safe to express their concerns and work through their issues collaboratively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.
