Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to formulate and implement effective, client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies and develop safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups, support groups, and community outreach initiatives to enhance mental wellness understanding.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss clients’ progress, and enhance collaborative care efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, focusing on mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, academic-related stress, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive school environment by addressing the mental health challenges that students face, collaborating with school personnel to ensure holistic support for these individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
