Position Overview

Revive Mobility Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation facility located in North Port, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized therapy plans for each patient, incorporating assessments and evaluating progress on the same day as evaluations.
• Facilitate a collaborative work environment, encouraging participation from all colleagues to enhance teamwork, patient safety, and care quality.
• Identify clinical improvement opportunities by collaborating with the Director of Therapy Operations and utilize metrics to refine therapy approaches.
• Communicate routinely with employers, referral sources, and insurance payers, ensuring seamless patient transitions and maintaining established relationships.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely using our electronic health records (EHR) system, complying with all regulatory guidelines.
• Participate actively in professional development initiatives and stay current with best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our services includes a diverse population of patients ranging from post-operative recovery to chronic pain management. You will engage with geriatric patients, athletes, postoperative patients, and individuals with neurological conditions, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to their unique needs and rehabilitation goals. Our aim is to empower patients while emphasizing safety and improved functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish a rapport with patients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and maintain detailed patient records.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Mobility Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
