Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their individual physical therapy needs and establish relevant treatment goals.
• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Implement effective treatment interventions while exercising independent judgment based on your professional experience.
• Provide hands-on therapy and regularly assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain active and supportive communication with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress, issues, and home exercise programs.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely via our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain management. Your role will involve not only physical recovery but also offering emotional support and encouragement to help our patients reclaim their mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, demonstrating strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specific therapeutic areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
