Key Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive therapy plans that prioritize early intervention and facilitate same-day evaluations to promptly address patient needs.
• Establish a professional atmosphere that values teamwork, collaboration, and open communication, significantly contributing to high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
• Engage with our Director of Therapy Operations to pinpoint areas for clinical improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement in service delivery.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, referral sources, and insurance payers through regular outreach and engagement opportunities.
• Utilize our advanced clinical systems to ensure superior documentation practices, optimal coding, charge capture, and adherence to follow-through procedures on patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and other relevant regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Drive patient satisfaction through the analysis and enhancement of client experience metrics while consistently demonstrating excellence in the Perfect PT visit protocol.
• Manage clinical outcomes, collaborating with fellow therapists to evaluate outlier cases and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient intake, referral processing, and scheduling, ensuring timely interventions for all clients.

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
