Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with interdisciplinary team members to develop tailored care plans.
• Administer age-appropriate assessments and mental health interventions to individuals, couples, and families facing various life challenges.
• Facilitate engaging parent support groups, particularly focusing on the unique needs of families with prenatally substance-exposed children, while providing a nurturing therapeutic environment.
• Perform developmental evaluations of children, identifying specific needs and potential areas for intervention.
• Plan and deliver informational training sessions for stakeholders, including social workers, educators, attorneys, judges, and peer mental health professionals, enhancing their understanding of family dynamics and therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse client population comprising adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with couples in therapy while also addressing individual concerns in a collaborative setting. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of marriage and family therapy is required.
