Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your chosen location, while still being part of a dynamic team committed to education, support, and collaborative practice. Our work environment is both structured and supportive, with regular check-ins and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs and demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate the influence of medical conditions on patients' psychological health.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique psychiatric and medical needs of each patient, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are responsive to each patient's circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with our integrated team of medical professionals to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate care and appropriate referrals.

• Educate patients about the interplay between mental and physical health, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment and recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
