This position is primarily remote, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your own home. However, you also have the option to work in our outpatient office as needed. Our working hours are flexible, with availability from Monday through Saturday, empowering you to create and manage your own schedule around your personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, facilitating the development of tailored therapeutic interventions based on each client's unique needs.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient evaluations, ensuring proper triage of care and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues to discuss assessment findings, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans during team meetings and documentation practices.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to address the multifaceted needs of patients, ensuring holistic care that incorporates physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety considerations.

• Oversee case management for assigned clients, collaborating with hospital staff and community resources to provide comprehensive and effective care.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to organizational policies and standards.

• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from a variety of backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that you will work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, allowing for a comprehensive treatment experience tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland.

• A willingness to commit to a flexible schedule, with the potential to provide between 10 to 40 hours of clinical sessions each week.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, which may include outpatient, inpatient, or community-based environments.

• Experience in providing services to children, adolescents, and families is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
