Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gain an understanding of client histories and mental health needs, using it to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy meetings, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve specific personal goals.

• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborative feedback aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of treatment services.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to facilitate client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on individual feedback.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and trainings, to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active clinical license/certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working directly with clients facing emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred, as it enhances documentation and communication efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
