Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand each client's unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, either via teletherapy or in-person, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Regularly establish therapeutic goals and diligently monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately, in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops, to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge base.

You will be working primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
