You will work within a flexible schedule primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the capacity for adjustments based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused interventions to curate personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in clients' mental health journeys.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in adherence with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other qualified mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering an environment of continuous quality improvement and learning.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing vital information on mental health, treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base at various stages of their mental health journey, focusing on individuals affected by trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Your empathetic approach will be integral in building trusting relationships with clients, enabling them to develop resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to implement solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients, colleagues, and community resources.
