Role
- Lead Agency Sales team with large focus on independent agencies
- Work directly with CRO to drive forward strategy
- Be part of the leading agentic commerce SaaS business in their sector
- Great base salary + 100% commission + equity – huge earning potential
- Guaranteed commission in first quarter
- Strong benefits package
- Flexible hybrid working environment
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience leading an agency sales team in ad tech
- Ideally led team selling to independent media agencies
- Must have sold a complex ad tech product
