What you'll do:Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programsEnsure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioningManage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory complianceMaintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationshipsMonitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goalsLead, hire, train, and coach dining team membersCoordinate dining room flow and staffing for each mealEngage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetingsSupport special events and community marketing initiativesYou serve as both a culinary leader and hospitality champion—ensuring quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.What we're looking for:2+ years supervising kitchen or dining operations2+ years volume cooking experienceCurrent ServSafe® certificationKnowledge of modified diets and nutrition basicsExperience managing food and labor budgetsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsFlexibility to work evenings and weekendsPay Range: 31.45 - 39.40Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
