Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions. \n Deliver psychotherapy across various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, in both traditional and Intensive Outpatient Program settings. \n Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and supportive therapy specifically tailored to clients' unique needs. \n Assess and track client progress, utilizing the latest DSM for diagnostic insights and adjusting treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists. \n Engage in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance treatment efficacy and coherence. \n Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and reports while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. \n Participate actively in team meetings, case reviews, and quality management activities to elevate the quality of care provided. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population primarily consists of individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health issues as well as dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n \n A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate (Psy.D) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution. \n A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, ideally in diverse settings. \n Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to engage clients effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with telehealth systems and integrating digital tools into therapy practices. \n Demonstrated competency in multiple evidence-based therapy modalities. \n Strong collaborative skills for working within multidisciplinary clinical teams. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
