Registered Nurse RN

Providence Place , a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We have openings on our TCU and LTC units. We have in‑house dialysis services too. Providence Place located at 3720 23rd Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55407. Schedule Available: Part‑time AMs, Full‑time and Part‑time PMs. Every other weekend is required. Wage: $38.18-$45.33, depending on years of experience. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Nursing while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans. Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments. Support the Director of Nursing on written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an RN. Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees. Benefits Annual reviews with wage increases.
