Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

Responsibilities Own all opportunities and manage the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline. Deeply understand the customer environment to align AI use cases within business units. Present product information to prospects, customers and partners. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors. Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and deliver on that revenue. Collaboratively strategize for solving deal‑level challenges and generate short‑term results independently. Develop marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth and new logo account development. Advocate for existing customers while driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Qualifications 5+ years of direct, outside sales, quota‑carrying role selling enterprise software solutions (multi‑million dollar transactions, 6‑24 month sales cycles) within the enterprise space (F500). Experience selling Cloud, SaaS and AI‑based solutions in CX, CCaaS, WEM, Customer Journey Analytics, Conversational AI (Bots and Virtual Agents) and AI Copilots, CRM, Service Management, etc. Proven track record developing strategic relationships within the enterprise account space, building executive relationships (C‑level), and developing opportunity plans & strategic long‑term account plans. Strong communication skills – able to convey our company’s strategic vision and unique capabilities, connect them to customer business challenges, and present a compelling plan. Experience developing marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth, with a track record of new logo account development. Experience with team selling and leading a diverse set of talented individuals toward a common goal within an account. Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets. Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology. BS or BA degree required. Ability to travel up to 40%. Compensation Market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $111,700.00 – $196,300.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on experience, qualifications, skills and location. The role may also be eligible for commission or performance‑based bonus opportunities.
