Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs, incorporating clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Actively engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to collaboratively design and modify comprehensive treatment strategies that align with each student's educational and emotional needs.

• Continuously monitor students' progress through regular follow-ups, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and adjustments to treatment as indicated.

• Work closely with school staff, including teachers, guidance counselors, and other educational personnel, to create a supportive network around each student and address barriers to their success.

• Provide counseling and coaching to students, empowering them to navigate challenges and make positive life changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with students within the Olympia, Washington area. Our clientele ranges from elementary to high school students facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting these young individuals, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience to enhance their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or community mental health setting.

• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively counsel and advise students and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, with room for earning potential growth based on performance and tenure in the organization. Additional benefits include:
