Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Perform thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices and individual client needs.

• Utilize electronic medical records to document therapist-client interactions, track patient progress, and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

• Offer information and resources regarding financial or social services related to clients’ needs.
\n
• Participate proactively in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on patient care strategies.

• Maintain compliance with ethical codes, organizational policies, and state licensing regulations.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities as mandated to uphold professional licensing standards.

• Adhere to your scheduled hours as established by your direct supervisor and remain reachable during those hours for client communications.

• Provide consistent follow-through on directives and action plans discussed during consultations.
\n
• Maintain a current Oregon Driver's License and keep CPR and First Aid certifications up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing mental health counseling to adolescents and young adults who are navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, academic stress, and relationship issues. By working within a telehealth framework, you will be able to reach clients who may otherwise find it challenging to access traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• An independent mental health license, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is highly beneficial.

• Proven ability to manage high caseloads while maintaining quality therapeutic interactions.

• Ability to motivate self and others, maintaining a positive outlook in challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with young adults in a clinical setting is preferred.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Experience in a telehealth counseling environment is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
