Work Environment\n

Working remotely, our Licensed Mental Health Therapists enjoy a supportive telehealth atmosphere that prioritizes flexibility and accommodating patient needs. In this role, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, providing therapeutic services in a safe and inclusive setting. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, although some schedule adjustments may be necessary to meet our patients' varying needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into consideration patients' cultural backgrounds, helping to formulate tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster resilience and recovery.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, catering to different demographics and addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing severe mental health emergencies, exhibiting a keen ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and proper care continuity.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Profound understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, underscored by a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience in offering both individual and group therapy incorporating inclusive delivery models.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm demeanor and effective decision-making in high-pressure situations.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in various computer applications necessary for telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
