Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues commonly faced by clients.

• Tailor therapeutic approaches and techniques based on the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively function both emotionally and physically under stressful conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
