Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to each treatment plan.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities tailored to the unique challenges clients face.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing a combination of empathetic communication and clinical expertise.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients representing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
