Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through our advanced teletherapy platform. Our Community Health Clinic embraces a collaborative approach, allowing social workers to share insights and best practices to continuously improve client care. You will be fully supported by our administrative team, who will handle essential tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance audits. This allows you to focus entirely on what you do best: providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet individual needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and monitoring progress in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain accurate client records in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share resources, and contribute to the overall development of the therapy program.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mental health and social work to enhance personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves adult clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We foster an inclusive environment and are particularly interested in candidates who have experience engaging with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and those focused on men’s mental health. Your ability to create an empathetic and supportive therapeutic alliance will be crucial in facilitating effective outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active LCSW license in the State of Florida.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Professional liability insurance is a must to protect your practice.

• Previous experience providing psychotherapy to clients 18 years and older.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
