Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

  Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage clients in a meaningful therapeutic alliance.

  Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
