Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care through comprehensive evaluation and treatment of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary coordination of treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and support staff to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
• Participate actively in the continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and insights that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our therapy services.
• Provide education to patients and their families, ensuring they understand their conditions and the proposed treatment plans, fostering a collaborative spirit in recovery.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, collaborating efficiently with colleagues across varying departments to enhance patient care delivery.
• Utilize assessment tools and methodologies such as functional movement screens, outcome measurement tools, and therapeutic exercises to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus
