Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to promote personal growth and well-being.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, catering to clients facing accessibility challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance counseling skills and knowledge of the latest evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and compassion.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client caseloads and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a private practice setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
