Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Utilize measurement-based care to inform treatment planning and adjust approaches based on patient progress and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care team members, including psychiatric staff, to ensure integrated care for clients.
\n
• Provide constructive feedback on program curricula and treatment protocols to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and intervention outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through required initial and ongoing training related to evidence-based and technologically enhanced treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing support and guidance, fostering a safe environment for clients to explore emotional and behavioral issues. Your expertise in evidence-based interventions will be critical in helping our clients navigate their unique experiences and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LPCC license in the state of California, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in a variety of counseling techniques and therapeutic frameworks.

• Strong background and experience in working with children and adolescents struggling with mental health conditions.

• Capable of delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy and demonstrating measurable patient outcomes.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Culturally competent, with a commitment to understanding and addressing the diverse backgrounds and needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of direct clinical counseling experience, particularly in outpatient or community mental health settings.

• Experience delivering innovative, technology-enhanced therapy solutions.
\n
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and documentation practices within an electronic health record (EHR) system.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time employees will also receive comprehensive benefits including:
