Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families dealing with a multitude of mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma, your ability to tailor treatment approaches will be essential in providing effective care and helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year's clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining licensure is mandatory.

• Proficient in using various software, including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, as well as specific mental health documentation tools like PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
