Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological states, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on a holistic view of each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, ensuring that clients receive scientifically grounded and customized interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care, making necessary referrals when required.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and ways to support their loved ones effectively.

• Maintain complete and confidential client records, complying with legal regulations and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those battling substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, complemented by relevant clinical experience.
