This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact in children's lives across Saint Petersburg, Florida. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with disabilities or developmental delays to identify their specific needs.

• Actively participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique situation.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and assess the progress of children in early intervention programs.
\n
• Engage with families to educate and provide support, empowering them to implement strategies that promote their child’s development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning early intervention and child welfare services.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend suitable interventions and resources for children and families.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and family interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with infants and toddlers who display disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a critical role in helping these young children acquire key skills in various developmental areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. By working closely with families, you will empower them to become advocates for their children's growth and development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health in Florida.
\n
• A valid driver's license is required.
\n
• One year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is necessary for this role.

• Strong aptitude for adapting to various learning styles to ensure effective support for each child's individualized treatment plan.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
