Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples while also providing individual counseling to each party.
\n
• Addressing diverse family dynamics and challenges, including grief and loss, blended family issues, job stress, and communication barriers.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide families through conflicts, separation, and divorce adjustments.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with best practices and organizational protocols.

You will work with a diverse clientele, providing care to adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Del Puerto Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
