Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, enabling patients to share experiences and acquire skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate across our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health emergencies, helping patients regain control and stability.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Actively engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and case consultations to stay abreast of advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, comprising individuals, couples, and families in various stages of their mental health journeys. The range of mental health conditions encountered includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. This diversity enriches the therapeutic experience and allows therapists to adapt their skills to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and diagnosis, with a solid understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster rapport with patients from various backgrounds.

• Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
