Our detox center is organized around comprehensive care that prioritizes client accessibility to mental health resources. The role adheres to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance while serving clients in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients, utilizing both telehealth and, if necessary, in-person sessions to cater to client preferences and needs.

• Document client interactions and service delivery meticulously within Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems to ensure compliance and streamline care continuity.

• Provide culturally sensitive care by recognizing and respecting diverse backgrounds, identities, and values in every aspect of client interaction.

• Build constructive relationships with colleagues and support staff, fostering teamwork and communication to enhance client service delivery.
\n
• Develop comprehensive progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to document client progress and facilitate ongoing clinical evaluations.

• Engage proactively in crisis intervention, offering immediate support, assessments, and referrals to appropriate resources to aid clients facing acute challenges.

• Stay current with the latest developments and trends in mental health practices, continually augmenting your knowledge and skills to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves an adult population dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. The role is crucial in providing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s situation, ensuring a client-centric approach that fosters independence and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
