Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and concerns based on evidence-based practices.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to ensure effective intervention strategies.

• Maintaining thorough and compliant clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to safeguard client information.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive care pathways that enhance the support provided to students and families.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving treatment strategies and overall care quality.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community support services.

• Staying informed on the latest research, trends, and innovations in mental health to continuously integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be students facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. You will work closely with educators and parents to create an environment conducive to healing and learning, ensuring that students receive the emotional and psychological support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a school or youth setting.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting comprehensive treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to forge strong relationships with diverse populations.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 78,000 and 115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our package includes:
