This remote work setting allows you to work from home while being a part of a vibrant community health clinic. We prioritize employee well-being and offer a flexible Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some additional flexibility based on the needs of our patients. Our collaborative approach ensures that you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate significant mental health improvements.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, fostering a culture of privacy and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. You will provide support to clients in various stages of their mental health journey, from those facing acute challenges to individuals seeking preventive care. Your ability to empathize and build trust will be essential in fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Proven expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to tailor interventions to individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset to navigate complex client cases.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community health settings or similar environments is highly valued, as it equips candidates with the skills to address a wide range of mental health issues.
