This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that prioritizes both the counselor’s and clients’ comfort. You will join a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including licensed social workers and psychiatrists, who collectively guide clients in their therapeutic journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through diagnostic interviews and standardized tools to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring each client's goals, preferences, and unique circumstances are incorporated into their care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, catering to individual, family, or group settings.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress with defined metrics, proactively adjusting treatment approaches as needed, and ensuring continuous improvement in mental health outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support via phone, video conferencing, or in-person settings when necessary, managing acute client needs with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in collaborative care efforts with a multidisciplinary team to address clients’ needs holistically, sharing insights from family, social, and medical perspectives.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health best practices, research findings, and therapeutic innovations through ongoing education and participating in peer reviews.
