Accounts Payable RepresentativeAct as first point of contact in addressing inquiries related to Accounts PayableRespond to routine and complex inquiries from internal and external business partners; effectively position messages in a manner that is supportive of divisional and corporate strategies as necessary to ensure appropriate resolutionsUtilize in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, telephone and writing techniquesRemain current on all changes to policies and procedures to accurately and consistently respond to inquiriesRecommend and/or action updates to current policies and proceduresEstablish effective partnerships and working relationships with relevant business partners of all position levels to ensure timely and accurate AP processingComply with and maintain data integrity of confidential information, security policies and proceduresSupport various Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives and proactively identify new opportunities that could have company-wide impactsAssist with developing and maintaining Accounts Payable process documentationProcess Accounts Payable payment proposals for all payment types in accordance with department procedures and cash management guidelinesUtilize various Procure-to-Pay system modules (e.g. VIM, ERS, SNC, SAP FI, Concur) and process expertise to provide exemplary levels of customer support, training and troubleshootingDistribute Accounts Payable checks in accordance with department procedures, controls and time framesMaintain Accounts Payable records/files to ensure accurate record keeping, security and confidentiality of filesOne to two years experience working in a customer support role, preferably within the Finance organizationERP system experience preferredModerate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentialityExcellent verbal communication and listening skillsEffective written communication skills including business writing, grammar, punctuation in order to correspond with a wide variety of internal and external customersStrong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work and manage competing priorities in an environment with frequent interruptionsDemonstrated ability to learn, support change management and assimilate new information quicklyAbility to work independently or as a team memberAbility to work any shift and overtime as neededClean credit history as reported by credit reportNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
