Overview Position Title: Business Development Specialist - Beauty Industry (TikTok Commerce) Position Type: FTE Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr This range is provided by IntelliPro. Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to support the expansion of beauty brands on TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the beauty industry who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will help drive explosive growth through creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and cutting-edge digital strategies. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to beauty sellers/brands (cosmetics, skincare, personal care) with high potential on TikTok Shop. Support the end-to-end sales cycle including pitching services, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams. Build and maintain relationships with beauty brand stakeholders across diverse markets. Collaborate with TikTok Shop teams and external partners to uncover growth opportunities. Performance Management & Analysis: Track and analyze pipeline performance, providing insights to refine outreach and conversion strategies. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the beauty industry. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Support strategic planning initiatives based on market intelligence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, livestream, and strategy teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Represent the company as a trusted partner for livestream and creator-driven commerce. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand business reach. Support marketing initiatives and brand positioning efforts.
