Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Therapy Aura Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Maintaining effective communication with the clinical staff regarding patients’ assessments, treatment interventions, and interdisciplinary care plans through documentation and regular team meetings.

• Demonstrating a deep understanding of physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs to provide holistic care for diverse populations.

• Engaging in case management for assigned clients, collaborating with community professionals and programs to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Accurately completing documentation in a timely manner in accordance with departmental protocols and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess valid licensure in Nevada as either an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Be willing to commit to providing 10-40 hours of therapy sessions per week as needed.

• Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in providing therapy to individuals and families.
