This is a fully remote position, allowing you flexibility in your work setting while still being connected to a dedicated team. Our practice provides a supportive outpatient environment that employs the latest telehealth technologies, enabling you to engage with clients effectively from the comfort of your home office. Our standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Welkins Mind Healthcare, you will work with a varied clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions. This includes individuals dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your ability to tailor therapeutic modalities to address these unique challenges will be paramount in facilitating effective treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually , depending on experience.
