Precision Fabrication Technician — Ontario, CA

• Operate a range of fabrication machinery and hand tools to produce components that meet exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide each build.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe to maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and boost efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in fabrication/manufacturing is a plus).
• Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and comfort using precision tools.
• Foundational understanding of fabrication methods and materials.
• Ability to comprehend technical documents and blueprints.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
