Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support clients dealing with chronic illnesses, end-of-life issues, and grief within a hospice center environment. You will provide essential emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of life-limiting conditions with dignity and compassion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is mandatory.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with an emphasis on therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
